DepEd Secretary Jesli A. Lapuz visited DMLMHS for a brief morning snack with Mr Wilfredo O. Hermosura, principal of the school and the Superintendents of Negros Occidental together with OIC- Regional Director Mildred L Garay on his way to Sagay City for the Educator's Congress, June 10, 2009.
Mayor Jose L Montelibano, welcomed the secretary and the superintendents to Silay City.
The welcoming group includes the faculty of DMLMHS, the Boys and Girl Scous and the student body of the school lining up along the M.L. Garay Avenue.
Sec. Lapuz and Mayor Montelibano treated the students and the teachers to a series of picture taking before she left for Sagay City. \linasan47
