NSPC 2010

DepED Silay City delegates won 2 top places in the recently concluded National Schools Press Conference held at Tagum City, Davao del Norte, Feb.21-26, 2010.

JASON NATHANIEL ARTUZ, 3rd Year student of Dona Montserrat Lopez MHS, Main won 6th Place in English, Editorial Cartooning with Reajean Acse, Adviser.

The winners were properly acknowledged by the Silaynons during the Flag Ceremony on March 7, at the Silay Public Plaza Covered Court. Mr. Severino F. Pacete, Tourism Officer and Hon. Ignacio Salmingo, City Administrator lauded the achievement of Silaynons. The group presented a sample of Radio Broadcasting on stage with the winning script they had prepared in Davao.
