Hugyaw Silay Photo Contest 2010
Theme: Hugyaw Silay 2010 Street Dance
Contest rules:
1. Contest is open to all Pro and Amateur Photographers
2. Entries must be taken during “Hugyaw Silay 2010 Street Dance Contest”
3. Contestant must use a Digital Camera
4. Entry must not be edited or manipulated in computer, only cropping is allowed
5. Entries size must be 8x10 and 8x12
6. Entries will be a property of Silay City Government after judging
7. Every contestant is allowed a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 entries
8. Contestant must provide a copies of entries to Silay Government in CD
9. Entries must not published in any magazine or newspaper or in any advertisement
10. Silay City Government will upload all entries to the website “www.dakbanwangsilay.com”
11. Silay City Government has the right to use the pictures of entries for publication and websites of Silay City Government and for the promotion of Silay Tourism Industry
12. Entries will be displayed at Rizal Cultural and Civic Center from July 12-31, 2010 for the viewing public
13. Contestant with many entries can only win once and with the highest price
14. Deadline for submission of entries is on July 1, 2010
15. July 10, 2010 (Saturday) Opening, Judging and Cutting of Ribbon
