Boy and girl scouts rehabilitate mangrove and the parks in the areas.
He added that he looks forward that his headquarters in Japan and office in London can facilitate the establishment of Japanese Language Center and Care Giver Institute to be integrated in the secondary school curriculum.
Leo Canson (Ikaw-Ako chairman in Silay) and Mari Kurata (Ikaw-Ako project coordinator) conducted a tour for Dr. Takatsuki at the mangrove canopy in Brgy. Balaring which won the Award of Excellence 2009 from DOT Region VI.
Ver Pacete, tourism officer of Silay, said that another Japanese benefactor, Mrs. Kurata, donated also 150 plastic chairs for Dona Montserrat Lopez Mem. High School which is just on time for High School Day and Alumni Homecoming on Feb.20.
